The East Tennessee Women's Leadership Summit is a popular, annual event offered by Mountain Laurel Leadership and created through the outstanding work of the East Tennessee Women’s Leadership Council. This annual summit is an entire day of high energy, great content, and top-notch networking.

Valerie is a nationally recognized speaker, author and corporate trainer who trains on the topics of personal happiness in the workplace and the advancement of women.
We'll kick the day off with our own Joan Cronan, an East Tennessee hero who, along with Pat Summitt, has been a powerful force throughout her career for the advancement of women in sports, and higher education. Her life time of big wins, and remarkably simple wisdom, will inspire all of us to think about how we, too, can break new ground and reach new heights.
